Municipal Light Board
The Municipal Light Board (MLB) is the governing board of Westfield Gas & Electric and provides management oversight of the department. Currently, six Westfield community members are elected to serve on the Municipal Light Board with one member appointed by the Mayor.

Current members of the Municipal Light Board are

• Kevin M. Kelleher (Ward 1)
• Robert A. Paul (Ward 2)
• William E. Buzzee (Ward 3)
• Francis L. Liptak (Ward 4)
• Thomas P. Flaherty (Ward 5)
• Robert C. Sacco (Ward 6)
• A. Edward Roman (Mayoral Appointee)

Municipal Light Board meetings are held monthly at 7:00 p.m. at the WG&E offices at 100 Elm Street and their meetings are open to the public.
