Please report any power outages or gas emergencies to our Dispatch Center at (413) 572-0000.
We want to remind our natural gas customers of the importance of keeping your entire gas meter assembly, including the regulator vent, clear of snow and ice. Accumulated snow can prevent the meter from operating properly by stopping the flow of natural gas, leading to a potentially dangerous situation. Gently remove snow from the meter and any associated piping and, if you notice ice on your meter or are concerned that the vent may be blocked, please call our Dispatch at 572-0000 and we'll send a service technician to check it out.
