Online Bill Pay is Here!
We are happy to announce that our new Online Bill Pay and Account Management system is now available on our website and is free and easy to use. Make your life easier and help us go green by viewing and paying your bills online.
We have partnered with Invoice Cloud, a web-based, electronic invoice and payment processing company, to provide you with this service. With it, you can:
- View your actual bill and payment details
- Make and schedule your payments with an electronic check or credit card
- Confirm that your payment was received
- Receive email receipts and notices
- Sign up for paperless billing
- Enroll in Auto-Pay services
Accessing this service is simple. To get started, click on the "View or Pay your Bill” button on the home page of our website. This will take you to the new online account access page. Then, decide whether you'd like to make a one-time payment or register. When you make a one-time payment, you will receive an email confirmation of payment but your information will not be saved and you will not be able to access any account history. If you register, you can sign up for advanced features like paperless billing, scheduled payments, and Auto-Pay, as well as access to your billing and payment history. Please note: Your registration from our previous system will not carry over. You will need to create a new login and password in the Invoice Cloud system.
