How A Sponsorship Works

The auditor has clarified that to remain in compliance with Massachusetts municipal funding laws, we can only provide marketing sponsorships that offer clear marketing value. We’re happy to discuss other requests so they align as closely as possible with this standard.

Please note that we are adjusting the timeline for approvals and payments. This form must be submitted 120 days in advance of your event or season.

To propose a sponsorship, simply complete the form below. Our team will review your request, and if approved, we’ll work together to make it happen.

Our Guidelines

• The request form must be submitted at least 120 days prior to the organization’s need for sponsorship funds, or the event date.
• Please complete a W9 Form and attach to the application below.
• WG+E must receive some form of promotion, including but not limited to WG+E advertising or signage including our logo to be seen by those attending the event.
• Past WG+E sponsorships do not guarantee future sponsorship.
