Amelia Park Children's Museum Penguin Plunge

Westfield Gas + Electric and Whip City Fiber are proud to be Tip-of-the-Iceberg Sponsors of the 14th Annual Amelia Park Children’s Museum Penguin Plunge which takes place January 27 at Hampton Ponds State Park in Westfield.

Rick Barry of Westfield tells MassLive, “You don’t walk in, you need to just take the plunge into the chilly water. It is a shock when you hit the water, especially when you go under - it takes your breath away.” The weather is looking good with partly cloudy skies and temps in the mid-40s.
