WG+E encourages customers interested in this program to call the customer service team at 413-572-0100 after they receive their August bill. A team member will then use the customer’s average usage to set a consistent monthly payment for September to June. Doing this now can help households predict monthly expenses for this winter while still only paying for their usage over the budget period.
